ZN85 40.5kv indoor three pole mechanical switchgear High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

ZN-85-40.5 (modular type) indoor vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for indoor high voltage equipment with rated voltage of 40.5kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It can be used as industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as load current, overload current and short circuit. For current use, it is suitable for frequent operation.

Environmental conditions:

1. Altitude: the altitude does not exceed 2000m;

2. Ambient temperature: no higher than +40℃, not lower than -25℃;

3. Relative humidity: the daily average does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average does not exceed 90%;

4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

5. Locations without fire, explosion hazard, serious contamination, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Structural features:

1. The circuit breaker adopts the arc extinguishing chamber on the upper part, and the structure of the whole structure under the mechanism is favorable for debugging;

2. It adopts composite insulation structure of air and organic materials, which is compact in design and light in weight;

3. It can be equipped with the vacuum interrupter of Cutler-Hammer Company of the United States and the domestic ZMD vacuum interrupter. The two arc extinguishing chambers adopt the longitudinal magnetic field arc extinguishing, low interception and good asymmetric breaking performance.

4. Simple spring operating mechanism, 10,000 operations free of maintenance.

5. Screw drive mechanism, labor-saving, stable, self-locking performance.
