Product Introduction

The LW16-40.5 outdoor SF6 circuit breaker is designed for use in a 50 Hz three-phase AC power system and is suitable for control and protection in industrial enterprises, power plants, and substations. This product is capable of frequent operations and can be used as a link circuit breaker and for switching capacitor banks or reactor banks. The internal current transformers can be used for measurement and protection. It can directly replace the SW2-35 oil circuit breaker and, with the addition of an overcurrent bracket, can replace various models of oil circuit breakers. It is an ideal oil-free circuit breaker for 35 kV power systems.

Note: When the circuit breaker is in hot standby mode, surge arresters must be installed on the fault side of the breaker.
